Brunswick Corporation has appointed Vittorio Bichucher as president of its Venture Boat Group division, effective immediately.
He will continue to serve as general manager of the Navan brand alongside his new responsibilities.
In this role, Bichucher will oversee the strategic direction, business performance and operations of Venture Boat Group. The division includes the Bayliner, Trophy, Quicksilver, Uttern and Heyday brands and operates in markets including North America, Europe and Australia.
Bichucher succeeds Jerry Newton, who has led Venture Boat Group since 2024. Newton has moved to the position of vice president of operations for Boston Whaler.

Bichucher joined Brunswick in May 2024, after spending almost a decade at McKinsey & Company.
Since joining the company, Bichucher has worked with Boat Group leadership on strategy for the division, focusing on long-term profitability and growth informed by consumer and dealer trends.
John Barbier, Boat Group’s director of design, will expand his role to include Venture Boat Group product strategy while continuing his design responsibilities. Brunswick has also appointed Jeremy Zwick as director of channel sales for Venture Boat Group.

Brunswick unveiled the Navan brand in 2023, describing it as having been designed to combine innovative technology with unmatched performance, versatility and comfort.
