Italy’s Aschenez Holding, owner of the Invictus Yacht, Capoforte and Marcopolo brands, has completed the acquisition of the remaining 40 per cent stake in Aschenez Srl, becoming its sole shareholder as of March.
The group operates two production sites in Italy – in Calabria and Sicily – covering approximately 20,000 sqm and employing around 200 staff. Production is largely vertically integrated, with up to 90 per cent of processes carried out in-house. The company also maintains an international sales network of more than 50 dealers.
“The acquisition of full ownership enables a fully integrated management of the shipyards and the group’s brands,” says Rosario Alcaro, CEO of Aschenez Group. “This strengthens the Aschenez identity, creating the ideal conditions for coherent and synergistic development across different nautical segments. Our goal is to consolidate our competitive position and expand through productive and commercial partnerships, with a particular focus on the 30-to-60ft segment.”

Alcaro adds: “Today, Aschenez Group owns three brands – Invictus Yacht, Capoforte and the recently launched Marcopolo Adventure Yachts – reflecting the group’s commitment to expanding and diversifying its offering.
The Invictus Yacht range includes 13 models from 28’ to 55’, Capoforte has 12 models from 19’ to 28’, while Marcopolo Adventure Yachts offers two models measuring 10 and 12 metres.
Production is split between the Borgia shipyard in Catanzaro and the 3AF Shipyard in Villafranca Tirrena, Messina, which focuses on the Marcopolo Adventure Yachts range.
The shipyards handle most stages of production, including lamination in fibreglass and carbon fibre, carpentry, painting, assembly and final testing. Additional departments cover electrical systems, logistics and upholstery, alongside the Atelier, which supports design development and customisation.
“Aschenez has experienced extraordinary growth while maintaining a strong focus on product personalisation,” Alcaro says. “Today, even with the production of hundreds of vessels per year, we can meet the most demanding global customers’ needs. This is made possible through our Atelier, which gives clients access to a network of skilled artisans and high-level suppliers.”
