Aviation and luxury services specialist Sparfell Group has acquired a strategic equity stake in Neo Yachting, marking a formal partnership between the two luxury asset management firms. The move is designed to expand Sparfell’s international footprint as a provider of fully integrated services to high-net-worth clients.
Founded and led by Nicolas Valin, Neo Yachting brings nearly 15 years of industry experience across yacht charter, sales, management, and new-build and refit supervision.
The announcement follows several years of close collaboration between the two firms. Under the new agreement, Neo Yachting will continue to operate under its existing brand identity, with Valin remaining chief executive officer. Clients will retain their current points of contact while gaining access to Sparfell’s wider international network.
According to the companies, the investment reflects a growing market trend where clients utilising Sparfell’s business aviation services increasingly seek the same cross-asset management, precision and discretion for their maritime assets.
By bridging business aviation, yachting and lifestyle expertise, Sparfell and Neo Yachting aim to leverage corporate synergies to deliver a seamless service model for their global clientele.
Valin comments: “This was a natural evolution for Neo Yachting. Sparfell and Neo Yachting have worked closely together for several years, and we share the same values. We have identified a wide array of synergies that will allow us to provide an enhanced client experience and build stronger solutions.
“Joining the Sparfell Group allows us to grow internationally while preserving the identity and service culture that define Neo Yachting.”
