Having already achieved record turnover in 2024, Reintjes Group (which manufactures marine gearboxes) says it has seen a further increase in 2025.
“I’m always cautious about using the word ‘record’. But yes: in terms of turnover, the past year was truly outstanding for our group,” says managing director Klaus Deleroi.
Four years of growth lift turnover and profitability
Reintjes Group reported turnover of approximately €138m in 2025, up from €135m in 2024. The figure includes parent company Reintjes GmbH and its international subsidiaries. Reintjes GmbH reported turnover of around €110m during the year.

While turnover increased by 2.2 per cent year-on-year in 2025, Reintjes Group’s longer-term performance has been more significant, with revenue rising more than 86 per cent since 2021 and profit increasing from around €1.6m to €11.6m.
Workforce expansion supports sustained production
“Since 2021, we have grown equally within the limited company and the group, and now employ around 500 and 600 people respectively, including all subsidiaries. It is therefore almost logical that the number of gearboxes sold has also stabilised at a high level,” says Deleroi.
“If someone had told me a year ago that we would top our strong 2024 performance again, I might not have believed it given the global political and economic situation.”
Now he say he is cautiously optimistic and expects 2026 to be a good year.
He’s looking at the continued expansion of the product range to include hybrid and electric solutions, as well as the accelerating restructuring of the service department away from traditional servicing and towards after-sales support.
