Control Cables.
Universal Engine Control Cables:
Standard C8, red jacket for single steering station, for use with inboards and many sterndrives and outboards. Lengths available: 5ft (1.52m) to 30ft (9.14m).
Heavy Duty C22, red jacket for single and dual steering stations, for use in heavy duty commercial applications where push-pull loads are more severe. Lengths available: 10ft (3.04m) to 32ft (9.75m).
OEM Engine Control Cables:
C5, blue jacket, for Mercury, Mariner and Mercruiser engines. Lengths available: 8ft (2.4m) to 19ft (5.79m).
C14, blue jacket, for BRP – Evinrude (OCM) engines manufactured from 1979 to date. Lengths available: 8ft (2.4m) to 18ft (5.48m).
C36, blue jacket, for Mercury and Mercruiser engines and Mercury Generation 11 series controls. Lengths available: 10ft (3.04m) to 21ft (6.4m).
Steering Cables:
M58, black jacket for AquaFlex Steering Helm, Ultraflex Compac-T and Seastar SH8050, C230/231 helms. Lengths available: 7ft (2.13m) to 16ft (4.87m).
Used By
AquaFlex cables meet most of the requirements of both the leisure and commercial marine markets.
These cables can be used for new installation or as a replacement.
